4. Technical Issues

• For any technical concerns or product-related issues, we request customers to directly contact the respective brand’s customer care as per the warranty and support terms provided by the manufacturer.

5. B2B Invoices

• For business-to-business (B2B) purchases, please share complete company details (including GSTIN, billing address, etc.) before billing.

• Once an invoice is generated, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
